Sponsorship Levels and details:
Nest Level:
The Nest Level sponsorship is a $100.00 donation and includes one parking space for your use, a thank you on our PTA webpage, also on our social media and a 11x12 sign that will be displayed on the day of Trade Days thanking all Nest Level Sponsors. This is the perfect opportunity for a family or small business sponsor to show your support and participate in our fun event.
Hatchling Level:
The Hatchling Level sponsorship is a $250.00 donation and includes two parking spaces for your use, a thank you on our PTA webpage, also on our social media and a 24x24 sign that will be displayed on the day of Trade Days thanking all Hatchling Level Sponsors. Hendrick PTA feels this is a perfect sponsorship for any families who have a ton of goods to sell or any business who needs the extra space at our event.
Hawk Level:
The Hawk Level sponsorship is a $500.00+ donation and includes three parking spaces for your use, a thank you on our PTA webpage, also on our social media and you will have a street sign named after you at our event. This sponsorship level will also have you on your own sign thank you for being a Hawk Level sponsor. This ultimate sponsorship level, Hawk, is perfect for any family who just wants to support our school or for those who also have a business and goods to sell. This is an all-in-one level, and we know that it will serve either families or businesses wonderfully.

I agree that I am 18 years of age or older, I will not have alcohol, tobacco, weapons for sale or personal use. I will not sell animals. I will abide by all PISD, local, state, and federal laws and regulations. I understand that there are NO REFUNDS given by the PTA. Hendrick PTA and Hendrick middle school are NOT responsible for any items/goods that are lost, stolen or broken.
