This sponsorship level will also have you on your own sign thank you for being a Hawk Level sponsor. This ultimate sponsorship level, Hawk, is perfect for any family who just wants to support our school or for those who also have a business and goods to sell. I agree that I am 18 years of age or older, I will not have alcohol, tobacco, weapons for sale or personal use. I will not sell animals. I will abide by all PISD, local, state, and federal laws and regulations. I understand that there are NO REFUNDS given by the PTA. Hendrick PTA and Hendrick middle school are NOT responsible for any items/goods that are lost, stolen or broken.
